Queen Extravaganza, the official Queen tribute band produced by Roger Taylor and Brian May, returns to the UK in 2021, following sell-out shows across the globe. The band, who began touring back in 2012, are made up of a rolling cast of gifted musicians who have been handpicked by Roger Taylor and Brian May. Queen Extravaganza is renowned for touring all over the USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil and Europe and have earned much love and respect from their ever-growing fan base. In this spectacular show, the talented musicians play the music perfectly and in some instances are more polished than Queen themselves. This 90-minute show features more than 20 Queen classics drawn from the band’s biggest hits: Bohemian Rhapsody, Another One Bites the Dust, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Under Pressure, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions, A Kind of Magic, Radio Ga Ga, Somebody to Love and Killer Queen as well as other fan favourites. “It’s our own official tribute band” says Roger Taylor.

Cherished as one of Britain’s all-time favourite singers, in 2017 Katherine was officially crowned The No.1 selling ‘Classical Music Artist of the Last 25 Years’ by Classic FM, and made chart history when her last album ‘Guiding Light’, became her 13th UK Classical No.1 album, further cementing Katherine’s position as the world’s most prolific artist in UK Classical chart history. For the first time the North Wales Choir Festival opening concert will be a massed choir event. Involving performances from a variety of Welsh Choirs with a repertoire of traditional Welsh songs as well as English favourites.

The Festival Celebration Concert offers a wonderful variety of choirs from all choir classes. Up to twelve choirs who will have taken part in the competitions earlier in the day will enjoy entertaining you without the scrutiny of the judges.  

PAUL WELLER comes to Venue Cymru as part of his first UK tour since 2017. Paul was last on the road when he played several shows as part of the regular “Forest Live” outdoor gigs in summer but is always most at home performing at great concert venues. This run of dates is just the beginning of more live activity later in 2020 with further shows looking to be added.Paul has recently been in the studio writing and playing new songs. The fruits of these labours will surface in the new year.
